Ryan Kelly began writing in high school, as a writer for the school newspaper. Opting to earn a living, he didn't write again until later in life, when he became owner/publisher of a small Texas newspaper. A few years later, the writing bug running rampant, he sat down and began The Octogon Anthology. He is currently retired and lives in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
