Entrada Group Appoints Sal Martínez, Director Of Operations

San Antonio, Texas – As part of its manufacturing in Mexico endeavors, Entrada Group has appointed Sal Martínez as Director of Operations for its industrial park based in Zacatecas, Mexico. With more than twenty years experience in providing strategy, planning and operations management for international manufacturing companies located in both the US and Mexico, Martínez brings an enormous wealth of knowledge and understanding about the issues that most concern the diverse range of manufacturers operating within the Entrada Group Park.As Director of Operations, Martínez oversees the coordination of all services for Entrada Group clients, to include the recruitment and hiring of personnel, administrative finance, IT services and support, the import/export of goods and materials, facility expansion and all issues related to the upkeep of buildings and grounds.
Before joining Entrada Group, Sal Martínez was a Senior Lean Consultant at Incito Consulting, charged with delivering and deploying rapid, measurable and sustainable lean solutions in manufacturing, logistics and transactional operations across a range of industries. Prior, Martínez served as Director of Operations for office products manufacturer Esselte Corporation in Tijuana, Mexico and Vice President & General Manager of Mitsubishi Digital Electronics America, Inc, where he had P&L responsibility and managed logistics, materials, purchasing, manufacturing, engineering, quality, human resources, and budget control. With this background, Martinez' brings substantial expertise to Entrada Group who services companies manufacturing in Mexico.
Even earlier career achievements include roles as General Manager of QTRON, Inc, an electronics contract manufacturer, Manufacturing Operations Manager of Allied-Signal Aerospace Corp, and Quality Assurance Manager of Cincinnati Electronics Corp.
