New Multi-Tenant Retail Building Under Construction in Montclair, Calif. — REP Commercial, Inc. is the Exclusive Marketing & Leasing Agent

McDonald’s restaurant is scheduled to break ground soon and will anchor Brighton Plaza. The 6,800-square-foot multi-tenant retail pad building, adjacent to McDonald’s, is in the final construction stage and should be ready for tenant occupancy by December 2005.

REP Commercial’s project team members, Terry Parker and Thomas Tway, are targeting quick-serve food tenants and other retail users for the project. Lease rates range from $2.00 to $2.50 net per square foot based upon the size and location.

Brighton Plaza offers easy access from the 10 and 60 freeways. “Within a three-mile radius of this new development, there are 196,912 people with an average household income of $52,933,” says Thomas Tway of REP Commercial, based in the company's Irvine office. “Additionally, retailers will benefit from the number of newly completed homes located adjacent the site.”

The property is located at the southeast corner of Mission and Ramona in the City of Montclair and is located on 1.28 acres. Brighton Retail Plaza, LLC is the developer and general contractor. The William Fox Group of Ontario is the project’s architect.
