The Elgiz Collection welcomes a new work by Abdurrahman Öztoprak.

Sevda & Can Elgiz present a new work by their favorite artist, Abdurrahman Öztoprak. This large-scale masterpiece, which was specifically commissioned for the opening of the new exhibition at the Elgiz Museum, beautifully demonstrates Öztoprak’s characteristic, sensitive approach to the construction of geometric forms and the manipulation of light and provides a visual, abstract illustration of the artist’s love for the music of, Beethoven. Öztoprak is currently recognized as one of the most accomplished, internationally recognized artists of Turkish origin, and his art is displayed in the some of the finest private and public art collections in Turkey. In 1996 the International Association of Plastic Arts awarded him the 50 years of achievement prize. There are several other works by the artist on display at the Elgiz Museum.
