Carrentals.co.uk Announces Winners for Their First Ever Video Contest

November 8, 2010 – The winner's video 'a superhero's car?', was sent in by Tim Bunn from Middlesex, earning him a 16GB Apple iPad as the top prize from Carrentals.co.uk.

The online competition started in July, where Carrentals.co.uk asked internet viewers to piece together a video which lasted 90 seconds. The videos were then submitted and put on Carrentals.co.uk YouTube page. Carrentals.co.uk then watched and made decisions on the best video, and awarded the top three best videos with great prizes.

"Winning an iPad is brilliant! I've never won anything before and I still can't believe my luck!", said Tim Bunn, the competition winner.

CarrentalsCarHire is the name of Carrentals.co.uk's YouTube page, where the videos, including the winner's 'a superhero's car?' can be seen. Alongside Tim's number one video, £50 worth of John Lewis vouchers went award to 'Mini Motorhead', and third place went to 'My Ride', which bagged £25 worth of shopping vouchers.

Some of the videos were very cleverly done, but Tim's stood out as the best, in our eyes.
