AZ Manufactured Housing MLS now accepting Manufactured/Mobile Homes in Rental Parks.

The "AZ Manufactured Housing MLS" website, www.azmh.org, for Manufactured Housing and Park Models was launched September 7, 2004.

This automated service allows homeowners and sales agents to advertise, in one central database, manufactured/ mobile homes and park models "For Sale" in rental communities and on-land.

"Until now," states Jeffrey Blackwell of Easy Living Solutions Realty, "manufactured, mobile and park model homeowners in rental communities have been left own in the cold. Since their homes are classified as Personal Property, not Real Property, they are not allowed to advertise their homes in the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service or ARMLS."
