Independent short film makers now have a chance to win a trip to Las Vegas.

To celebrate its official launch in late October Boost Digital.com has announced an exciting competition in which an expert panel will evaluate all the short films submitted and will choose the winners in a variety of categories.

The winners will be announced in February 2006. They’ll receive free screening of their films on Boost Digital plus consolation prizes and the major prize is a trip to Las Vegas to NAB (National Association of Broadcasters) - The World’s Largest Electronic Media Show - in April 2006 for the winning film maker.

This includes return airfare, one week’s accommodation and US$500 spending money.
All genres of film are welcome.

Filmmakers should simply print the submission form from the web site and forward it with their production, either on DVD or CD, to Boost Digital where it will be uploaded to what will be a constantly evolving site.

The first submissions will be showing up on the site very soon.
