New company Ascent Scientific breaks all the ‘rules’ to further research

Ascent Scientific(www.ascentscientific.com) announced the launch of its new Low-Cost Ligand range and promises to help further scientific research by offering extremely low cost receptor ligands to the life science community. The range includes chemical tools used for research into epilepsy, drug abuse, pain and psychiatric disorders. Popular research tools such as mGlu5 receptor antagonist MPEP, and the NMDA antagonist D-AP5, are offered at a fraction of the prices typically seen in life science supplier catalogues.

We appreciate the problems scientists have obtaining research funding. Our aim is to make high quality life science tools available to the scientific community at affordable prices.

We are a new company, and currently have a small focused range.
