HOL Virtual Hogwarts has launched a fictional magazine called "The Squibbler," at http://www.hol.org.uk/squibbler, set in the Harry Potter universe that has been created by J.K. Rowling. The Squibbler is published monthly and includes news, background stories, columns, images, cartoons and advertisements from the post HP6-World (Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince). It is a work of fiction, created by members of HOL for everyone in the HP Fandom to read and enjoy. "Not only news, politics and Hogwarts will be covered. Anything that you can imagine in a HP-World wizard paper may be included: Fabulous food recipes, potion of the month, the Weasley Twins' latest products, a guide to hatching a dragon egg, Muggle plugs or those weird aeroplanes, a scandal in Beauxbatons, The Weird Sisters' new album, and much more," said Rames El Desouki, founder of HOL and publisher of The Squibbler.
The Squibbler magazine is managed by a team of dedicated editors: Emerald Dybendahl, Cassandra Lobiesk, Cosmo Brown, Leah Samson and Tarma Black, and more than 100 contributors. The magazine, like the whole of HOL, is entirely free and non-commercial.
