QUIKTRIP IS OPENING A NEW LOCATION IN ARLINGTON, TEXAS

Arlington, TX- Lincoln Court is pleased to announce that QuikTrip will be joining the shopping center. QuikTrip operates over 550 gas stations and convenience stores throughout nine states.

QuikTrip plans to demolish the 31,824 square foot former theater building in order to build a full service convenience store and gas station. QuikTrip is currently scheduled to open the 1st Quarter of 2011. Amy Pjetrovic and Tonya Hagood of Venture Commercial represented Lincoln Court.

Lincoln Court is a 158,000 square foot community shopping center located on Little Road where I-20 and Hwy 287 meet in Arlington, TX. Lincoln Court is anchored by one of the most successful LA Fitness gyms in the DFW area and includes a wide variety of thriving retail, dining, medical and service-oriented tenants. The shopping center was recently remodeled including new parking lot lights, new paint and colorful new awnings.
Retailers in the immediate area include a Wal-Mart Supercenter, Albertsons, Kroger, Office Depot, and Sears Outlet. Lincoln Court is experiencing tremendous leasing activity, with new dining and retail businesses opening soon.
