Sitewire Selected as Inaugural Winner of Monster Entrepreneur ASU Alumni Award

Tempe, Ariz. – September 30, 2005 – Sitewire Marketspace Solutions, an e-marketing consulting firm based in Tempe, Arizona, was presented with the Monster Entrepreneur ASU Alumni Award at the 2005 Spirit of Enterprise Awards on September 27, 2005. The award was created to recognize innovative companies founded by Arizona State University graduates.

Sitewire Co-Founders Bret Giles and Margie Traylor are both graduates of the W.P. Carey School of Business at ASU with degrees in marketing and accountancy, respectively. Since founding Sitewire in 1999, they continue to have strong ties to the University. “Sitewire specifically chose to be in the downtown Tempe area because of its strong educational presence and vibrant community,” said Sitewire CEO Margie Traylor. Sitewire has grown to include 26 employees, 60 percent of whom are ASU alumni, and continues to employee ASU students who are enrolled in the internship program.
