Round Rock Realtors Plan Community-Wide Open House in Teravista

To kick-start summer sales, Realtors in Teravista, a golf-course community in Round Rock, Texas, are joining forces to host a community-wide open house this Sunday, June 27, from 1pm to 4pm.

In Teravista, homes are listed for sale by numerous Round Rock real estate brokerages and agents. Today's modern real estate brokerage understands the power of a team effort, and will often participate in collective efforts such as this to help their sellers home get noticed. This weekend's Teravista open house already has commitments from the listing agents of 20 homes, and each home will be open for the public to browse. There will be mortgage lenders on site as well to discuss recent market trends and various loan programs. BBQ will be provided by Supreme Lending.
