As the usage of the Behavioral Assessment Tool (PPS) continues to grow, Concord decided that some changes were needed in order to provide their users with easier, more efficient navigation of the site. Here's a brief update on some new operational changes and time-saving features that Concord has just launched on the PPS site.

With some of Concord's clients' databases now having thousands of Job Analysis, employee personality profiles, and Communication Style Profiles, they have been pressed to improve the speed and functionality of loading lists on their website. A dashboard-like summary chart now shows the number of Personality Assessments, job analysis (JPP) models, and communication styles (CSP) profiles in a company's database.

Concord has also added competition drop-down lists on each page which enables users to run more focused searches using competition numbers. Measurements Charts are now available as part of the organizational performance profile (OPP) and job performance profile (JPP) report package - or as a "stand alone" chart.
