Over 50s insurance specialist Castle Cover wins Intelligent Choice Award

Over 50s insurance specialist Castle Cover have won the Intelligent Choice Award for delivering outstanding customer satisfaction over the last 12 months. The award - launched by Consumer Intelligence, the leading provider of pricing data and customer insight to the insurance industry - is given to companies that consumers feel offer a high level of service and quality.
They are calculated monthly using 12 months of rolling data; meaning that consistency is crucial to the success of an award winner. Customers are surveyed on a number of key areas that effect their purchasing and renewal decisions, with each respondent giving their current insurer a mark out of ten.
