REP Commercial Negotiates Lease for New Orthodontic & Dental Surgery Center at Canyon Point Marketplace in Rowland Heights, Calif.

IRVINE, CA – REP Commercial, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Real Estate Partners, Inc., announced today the company negotiated a lease at the Canyon Point Marketplace in Rowland Heights, Calif. for a new orthodontic and dental surgery center.

Lotus Enterprises of Westminster, CA signed a 10-year lease for 1,350 square feet to locate at Canyon Point Marketplace at 19755 B E. Colima Road, located at the corner of Colima and Fairway. The value of the lease could not be disclosed. The new orthodontic and dental surgery center is slated to open in mid October 2005. This is Lotus Enterprises third location in Southern California.

Canyon Point Marketplace is an approximate 137,000-square-foot shopping center that is anchored by Albertsons.

David Morgan, based in REP Commercial’s Irvine office, represented both the landlord, UNT Atia Co. based in Santa Ana, CA, and the tenant, Lotus Enterprises. “There is only one remaining space available — 2,310 square feet at a rate of $2.25 square feet per month plus triple nets.
