PEERME AND BOONTY JOIN FORCES TO INTRODUCE ONLINE GAMES CHANNELS

Tokyo Game Show, Tokyo, Japan – PeerMe, Inc. (www.peerme.com), a peer –to-peer voice communications technology company, and Boonty, the world leader in downloadable digital games, today announced a strategic alliance to introduce a series of PeerMe games channels. The games channels will feature thousands of games, ring tones and other consumer products for PC, mobile and handheld platforms. The PeerMe Games sites are expected to launch in multiple languages over the next several weeks. "We are excited to partner with the global leader in Web-based downloadable games distribution to launch our games channel,” said Tom Lasater, PeerMe’s founder and CEO. “Through our partnership with Boonty, our users will have access to products from more than 150 publishers. Gamers using PeerMe to communicate via PC based calls or instant messaging will be able to download and evaluate thousands of products, purchase these products online and communicate with their friends during the process.”
