Holool’s New Corporate Identity – ‘Exensys’

Holool unveiled its new corporate identity – Exensys Software Solutions Limited; a change the company says signifies a shift in the way it works with its customers and the outlook they have for the future. Holool said the company has been working with its customers in many different ways to get feedback and to make the Holool experience more positive.

To reflect our growth, our insight for the future and our concern for people, we now have a new Corporate Logo and Identity, which is called as Exensys as a corporate brand and Exensys Software Solutions as a new company name. “Holool has undergone a major transformation to become more open and customer-focused, and we have a focused vision to go with our new attitude,” said Mohammed Shams Qamar, managing director of Holool. “We now provide the tools to express your creativity and corporate productivity, build a brand for your business, work together towards a common goal, or help you sell your product in a much polished way. Many people don’t realize how much we’ve evolved. Our new logo and brand will project the significance of this change to our community around the world.”
“Our new logo is one of the most articulate symbols of the Exensys, and I feel proud to have led the team that worked on it,” said Mansoor Ali, technical director of Holool. “It’s a positive sign of change that has re-energized our staff and caught the attention of our customers and partners, who understand Holool is dedicated to relationships built on trust and mutual goals. There’s a positive energy with our customers right now, and they’re shaping where this company is going, and how we’ll get there.”
“We have been going through a company change that’s been very important — that is a change in our outlook and customer commitment,” Hemanth Reddy, Holool operations director, announced. “For the past few years we have been holding seminars, symposiums, promotions and using other means to try to open up channels of communications with our customers.”
Reddy said that Holool has been listening to its customers and implementing new programs to satisfy their needs. Pointing to changes like dual activation of its product, educational pricing and free tech support, Holool hopes previous customers will take a look at the company again.
“We have changed so much that we felt it was time to send a signal to the world that if you think this is the company you did business with 10 years ago, then you have to take another look,” said Hemanth Reddy.
Holool has perhaps been the most maligned company in the software industry over the past few years. However, Reddy said the new corporate branding is more that just a new logo; it’s about putting forth a new customer focused outlook.
“It’s not about just changing the look, it’s about reflecting externally what has been happening internally and laying the path for everything we are going to do.”
