Multiple Share Classes added to Company Formation Service at Legal Clarity

Legal Clarity, an innovative legal services company based in the Birmingham, has today broadened its company formation service by allowing users to form companies with multiple share classes. The service is available on its website from today.

The service combines Legal Clarity's online systems with its skilled article draftsmen to provide bespoke company formations tailored to the needs of sophisticated users such as accountants and solicitors.

Customers are now able to form companies with an unlimited number share classes, with each class bearing custom drafted rights. They can also amend existing share structures by introducing new classes of share, or by amending an existing share class.
