Objectware Inc Software Streamlines Human Resources Processes for Southern Company

Objectware Inc., an Atlanta-based web development company, announced today that it has been contracted to develop multiple custom web applications for Atlanta-based Southern Company.

In May 2005, Southern Company and Objectware Inc engaged to design and develop a custom Testing Registration and Management solution that provides online scheduling and notification for employment applicants. The tool allows applicants to sign-up for tests at designated Southern Company resource centers, and receive e-mail reminders and notifications regarding their scheduled test dates.

The new Testing Registration and Management tool has been so well received by its users that Objectware has now begun developing a related project for Southern Company. The new application, an interview question generator, will allow Southern Company HR managers to generate custom interview guides specific to the job. This will significantly reduce the amount of time spent developing questions, as well as gathering and processing answers and ratings, by Southern Company managers..
