Norwich Marketing Consultant Norman Comfort takes on the common purpose matrix course to learn more about different leadership issues in Norwich and Norfolk.

Norman Comfort runs a marketing and business consultancy business based in Norwich. He is passionate about brands, marketing and all things business. After finishing his MBA two years ago Norman wanted a new challenge and so looked at the Common Purpose leadership course. High on his agenda is learning how leaders from different backgrounds with different operating environments see things differently. He is keen to learn more about the agendas, concerns and considerations of other leaders in the Norwich area, and common purpose is a great platform for doing this.

Norman has always been very keen on Marketing Norwich, and how with more joined up thinking we can improve the way Norwich looks as a place for tourists, for new businesses, for new investment. During the common purpose course Norman will be blogging about his experiences on his web-site and see's this as a journey to learn more about the barriers to doing more about Marketing Norwich
He also helps to build an even stronger network of likeminded people, and a wider network of people from the business and local community. The course is spread over ten days and has a number of challenges involved so its going to be an exciting time.

Norman has worked with some great brands in our region, and also has an MBA from the University of East Anglia. He is also a Director of Buy Local, helping the organisation with its business strategy and marketing planning work in Norwich and Norfolk. Since setting up his own company he has helped many businesses to develop compelling and differentiated marketing strategies and plans, develop new brands or refine their brand identity, build media and communications activity, and produce innovative ideas to enter new markets.

Norman lives in Norwich and is very passionate about the region. He loves visiting the North Norfolk coast, and is always trying to find new brands or great examples of marketing in the region.
