comScore ranks BuddyTV the #3 Fastest Growing Site in the US

BuddyTV, the largest independent television website in the world, was ranked by comScore as the #3 fastest growing site in the US in January. Andy Liu, CEO and co-founder, says BuddyTV has benefited from the continuing popularity of TV and rise of social networking: "Average fans still watch 140 hours of TV a month, the difference is that today they are going online like never before to talk to others about their favorite shows."

With 8.7 million monthly visitors, BuddyTV grew 51% from the previous month and ranks 166 overall. The site was ranked as the #2 fastest growing site in the US in October 2009, with 5.3 million monthly visitors.
