ES TEAM™ PRODUCTIONS: THE MS LATINA CANADA WORLD™ ORGANIZATION, BEGIN THE SEARCH FOR MS LATINA CANADA WORLD 2006 Entry in the 2006 is entirely FREE!

Toronto, Ontario — The labour day weekend was a celebration of not only the end of summer, but also to the beginning of the 2006 Ms Latina Canada World™ Program. Inundated with at least 2-3 direct applications a day since January 2005, Ms Latina Canada World™, Producers have began sifting through the numerous applications that were not only received online, but those which have been mailed in. Both the National and International Organization have been incredibly surprised at the results. The 2005 program yeilded about 10 applications from Canada that had been done directly through Ms Latina World™ , and for 2006 the Canadian division has received over 80 that had been applied directly through the international head office! Producers have estimated a total of 300-400 applications received.

The 2006 finals are being held in January 2006 - when questioned about the change of dating in comparison to last years events (held in April of 2005), producers have indicated that there are structural changes taking place that include the realigning of their program to better suit the dating structure of the Ms Latina World™ International event. Dawn Ramos Productions have confirmed that the World Pageant will be set dated from July1-3 each year.

“We are now also receiving applications from British Columbia, Alberta, and Quebec,"says " President & CEO of the Canadian Organization, Stefany Singh;" Having our final event in April really conflicts with a lot of people's scheduling. Highschool students are still in school, university and college students are in exams, and that means it would be really difficult to begin the incorporation of other provinces, because that would mean they would have to fly into Ontario. If they are in school, or in exams we will not request educational sacrifice when our mandate is to promote it, it is really just better to restructre our dating." Especially in light of rumors regarding a relationship with "The Dish" the Toronto District School Boards new Highschool magazine.

ES Team™ Productions: The Ms Latina Canada World™ Organization has confirmed that the National competiton will take place in August every year, to allow those out of town to fly in for the week, and for students to be in their free time period.

So what is the plan for the 2006 program? Producers are indicating that the Ms Latina Canada World™ 2006 program has been adjusted to compensate for the changes. All applicants are allowed in for free, and the it has been designed to require little time commitments from contestants so that they can focus on school, and enough time to train the 2006 winner for the international event. This year delegates are being asked to write a biography about themselves - a 7 page project that delves into delegate educational backgrounds, to family and friends, and there is even and essay! Judging for the biography is based on interest, creativity, and spelling and grammar - now if that is not educational, what is?!
