Another "Fired Up" Chiropractor Joins the ACOM Health Team

ATLANTA, Georgia, February 17, 2010 – Dr. Stephen P. Nohava, D.C., a clinician with years of experience with the ACOM Health RAPID Chiropractic Software, has joined the ACOM Health Professional Services Group, to help doctors use the software to support claims through better notes and documentation, streamline practice operations, and enhance practice revenues with more effective billing and collections, it was announced today by Vice President of Operations Libby Guntner.

While operating the Nohava Chiropractic Health Center in Shoreview, Minnesota, Dr. Nohava purchased ACOM Health's Chiropractic Software suite and became extremely proficient in its use. He sold the Minnesota practice to relocate in the Elgin, IIlinois area in 2008. When he affiliated with Elgin-based AcuCare Total Health, the other professionals in the six-doctor office perceived the software's merits and endorsed acquiring it for the entire clinic.

"Going to work with ACOM was a happy accident," he said. "I remained in regular contact with the company and I learned that the company needed experienced users to train doctors who had newly purchased the software. I jumped at the opportunity because I'm really enthusiastic about the way ACOM Health helps Chiropractors. I'm really fired up…"

Dr. Nohava earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern College of Chiropractic, Bloomington, Minnesota and he has also completed specialized post-graduate study at National College of Chiropractic, Lombard, Illinois.
