BCC Software Releases Stand-Alone Data Services Manager

Rochester, NY— BCC Software, a leading developer of high-performance software and solutions for professional mailers, announces the release of the Data Services Manager, a free downloadable resource that allows mailers to send their lists for processing via BCC’s acclaimed list-enhancing services.

Until now, only Mail Manager 2010 and Mail Manager 2010 LE customers had access to United States Postal Service® (USPS®) certified BCC Data Services, which improve mailing economy and keep address data compliant with USPS Move Update regulations, among other benefits. With the release of this stand-alone application, however, all mailers — regardless of which mailing software they use, or even if they use none at all — can benefit from the comprehensive list-enhancing services and fast turnarounds offered by BCC.

Using the same intuitive GUI long popular in Mail Manager 2010’s built-in Data Services interface, the Data Services Manager lets users easily package their lists and send them to BCC electronically (in a wide variety of file formats) for processing. After it takes most of the customer’s required information for the initial job, that information is stored, further simplifying the process for future jobs.
