Boston, MA – November 6, 2009 – Sports fans and foodies have a new gathering place in Boston: the redesigned Champions restaurant and bar in Copley Place at the Boston Marriott Copley Place. This modern restaurant in Boston features the largest HD projection screen and over 40 flat panel televisions. Together with an all-American grill menu, and 36 beers on tap, Champions is fast becoming one of Boston's newest entertainment and dining destination.

Champions bar in Copley Place takes advantage of a new location on the Boston hotel's second floor, at the intersection of the Copley Place Mall and the Shops at the Prudential Center. This American restaurant's new curvilinear bar area provides unobstructed views of an impressive 12 x 24 foot high-definition viewing screen. Champions has 95 seats in the bar area and 160 seats in the hotel restaurant with a variety of options for smaller or larger group gatherings. In addition, two versatile private dining rooms seat 60 each and one semi-private room for up to 20 guests.

Eat
Champions offers an affordable all-American bar menu in Boston. Guests enjoy a wide selection of "group bites" perfect for sharing during game time or after a day of shopping. "Sharing" highlights include; giant soft pretzels, four varieties of wings, and five types of nachos. The sandwich menu features the Fenway Dog, the Philly Cheese Steak and build-your-own-burger. For a taste of New England, Champions serves its own award-winning clam chowder and health-conscious diners savor hummus, a quesadilla salad or a Mediterranean roll. The dessert menu includes Cupcake Monday and the Triple Play Sundae.

Drink
With 36 domestic, craft and imported beers on tap, Champions bar in Boston's Copley Place offers one of the largest beer selections in Boston's Back Bay. The extensive beverage menu includes traditional cocktails, as well as creative signatures, such as the Pomegranate Sidecar and the Sideline Cooler and wine. An array of non-alcoholic beverages is also available, such as Ipswich Massachusetts, bottled Cream Soda Pop or Root Beer Soda Pop.
