Art Marketer adds New Guest Author

Brooklyn, NY: Art Marketing Secrets has announced that Janie Hutchinson, artist and former publisher of The Pastel Journal has joined their team of online Art Industry Guest Authors.

A painter since childhood, Hutchinson paints mostly landscapes in pastel. In 1998 she and another artist founded The Pastel Journal magazine where she served as publisher and managing partner until the magazine was sold several years ago. The magazine continues as the premier resource for pastel artists.

Now living in Southern Oregon, Hutchinson enjoys painting full time in pastel and oil. She serves on the boards of several art organizations in Oregon and is a member of Editorial Advisory Board of The Pastel Journal. Hutchinson will be writing on subjects that inspire her based on her considerable experience as both an artist and an art publisher.
