Sale of Electronics Firm to ESOP Holding Company facilitated by CFA – Corporate Finance Associates Assists in Sale of Spectral Response, Inc.

Los Angeles, California-September 21, 2009 - Corporate Finance Associates (CFA), an international middle-market investment banking services firm providing merger and acquisition, business valuation, capital resources, and financial advisory services, announced it initiated and assisted Spectral Response, Inc. in the sale of the electronic manufacturing services (EMS) company to Alliance Holdings, LLC.

Started in 1987 by Chris P. Lewis, Spectral Response grew steadily under his direction to take a place in the top 100 contract manufactures in the world. The Duluth, Georgia based firm specializes in the manufacture of highly complex electronic assemblies for OEMs in several end markets, including satellite communication, logistics and medical equipment.

CFA received strong interest in the 67% ESOP owned Spectral Response, Inc. by advocating on behalf of the firm with a select group of high quality buyers. Transaction Information

On August 12, 2009, Alliance Holdings, LLC acquired Spectral Response Inc. in a private transaction. The terms were not disclosed. Brandt Ross of Corporate Finance Associates of Atlanta provided assistance to Spectral Response Inc.
