Latigent Aggressively Expands Market Reach with Worldwide Developer Partner and Channel Program Launch

Latigent LLC, an international provider of Business Intelligence and Call Center Analytics software announces the details of its new Developer Partner and Channel Programs:The Latigent Channel Partner Program is focused on providing assurances for high quality deployments. Latigent Channel Partners are independent consultants and VARs (Value Added Resellers) that sell Latigent products and provide business intelligence, data integration and call center performance consulting services.
Channel partners will be able to achieve three levels of Certification, as well as participate in specialization tracks. This will allow customers to identify partners with a core competency in specific BlueVue integrations, such as Cisco ICM and IPCC Enterprise, IPCC Express, Aspect, Workforce Management and general Call Center data points. Customers should look for the “Latigent Certified Reseller” logo when selecting a partner.

The new Developer Program will have two separate tracks that focus on providing an open architecture for software developers to fully leverage the functionality of Latigent’s BlueVue RePortal:
i-Dev – Integrated Developer Partners: embed BlueVue RePortal with their own software solutions to add reporting and analytics functionality on the data collected through their application.
i-VAR – Integrated Value Added Reseller Partners: are comprised of software and platform vendors who offer technology complementing Latigent’s solutions portfolio. I-VARs can integrate and resell Enterprise versions of BlueVue RePortal as well as provide professional services for product integration and implementation.
Chris Crosby also adds, “The Latigent i-Dev and i-VAR programs allow partners to develop and deliver solutions that leverage and extend the BlueVue RePortal architecture. This enables them to embed or bundle real time and historical reporting, dashboards and analytics with their own software applications. Customers that adopt solutions developed by Latigent i-Dev and i-VAR partners will know that the solutions are based on industry proven technologies and certified to interoperate with Latigent products”.
Specific applications developed by inaugural partners include Operational Reporting and Dashboards, Customer Analytics, and Agent Performance Management. Latigent i-Dev and i-VAR Partner applications display the “Powered by Latigent” logo.
