Announces Upcoming Occupation Of Occidental Building
Real Estate Asset Management Firm To Move To Occidental Building In Raleigh


Raleigh, NC – Billie Redmond, President of Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties, has announced the anticipated completion date of the Occidental Building, located on Wade Avenue in Raleigh. The 56,000 square foot building is undergoing renovations and will be available for occupancy in the third quarter of 2005. Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties will relocate their corporate offices to the third floor of the 50-year-old building. Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston will be the major tenant with their corporate offices, neighborhood builder services, relocation as well as the Market Title division, occupying the first and second floors. The fourth floor, an 11,000 square foot area, is currently available for tenancy. Clancy & Theys Construction Company is the General Contractor for the building. Weeks Turner Architecture is the Architect for the project and JDavis Architects, PLLC performed as Site Architect, as well as managed interiors. Liggett Design Group installed the specialty landscaping and Wachovia provided financing.
