E-consultancy launches 2005 new media agency Rate Card Survey
August 25, 2005 (PRLEAP.COM) Technology News
Internet marketing publisher, E-consultancy, is inviting new media agency professionals to participate in this year’s Agency Rate Card Survey (http://www.e-consultancy.com/other/rate-card-survey-2005/), which will help digital agencies benchmark their own rates compared with UK industry averages. The 2003 Rate Card Survey provided groundbreaking insight into the day rates charged by UK agencies for a range of digital services, such as content, technical, creative and commercial roles.
E-consultancy CEO Ashley Friedlein said: “The first rate card survey published in 2003 attracted a lot of attention from digital agencies, client teams and the press. We expect that this year’s survey will be equally revealing and anticipate a good response from agencies across the UK.”
The 2005 survey invites agencies to reveal day rates for 50 distinct roles (e.g. senior media buyer, affiliate manager, copywriter, group account director). It will also compare pricing models in 2005 versus 2003 as well as the percentage of retainer versus project-based fees.
Participating agencies will receive a free copy of the published report (normally £79).
