The AMB-7001 is the next generation of mobile entertainment. Utilizing the advanced MPEG-4 compression technology for playing MP4 videos in a wide screen format (16:9) and incorporating the popular features of today’s portable players (Audio, video and recording), Amptronix has brought a revolutionary product to the market. The PVP will feature a 7-inch LTPS (Low Temperature Poly Silicon) screen that supports a wide viewing angle of 170º, which is ideal for movie appreciation. It comes with a 20 or 40GB hard drive and a table stand, with the option of a built-in speaker. In addition, the PVP will also include bundled software to legally convert VCD, DVD or DV movies into MPEG-4 files to store and replay at the users convenience. “We believe the AMB-7001 will be our flag-ship of technology for our Entertainment On-the-Go products,” states Richard Morrow, Marketing Manager of Amptronix, Inc. “AMB-7001 is designed with customer’s personal entertainment needs in mind. Users can take 30 full length movies, 5,000 music files or 20,000 digital photos anywhere.”
