Hospitality WiFi LLC signs Agreement with FOCUS Hospitality

Ada, Ohio - August 23, 2005 - Hospitality WiFi LLC. has signed an agreement to provide Internet guest support services to a 96-room Holiday Inn Express at The Legends - Village West in Kansas City, Kansas. This new hotel property is being built by Focus development and is managed by Focus Hospitality Services of Valparaiso, IN. Focus already owns and operates a Hampton Inn Hotel at Village West in Kansas City, Kansas. Located in the 805,000 square-foot, open-air lifestyle center, The Legends will be a vibrant addition to the Village West retail and entertainment destination development located in Kansas City, Kansas. The Legends will offer specialty stores, unique retail, entertainment and dining venues to support and enhance any visitor's lifestyle. Located within the single largest tourist attraction in the state of Kansas, The Legends will be surrounded by major destinations - including leading outdoor retailer Cabela's, Nebraska Furniture Mart, Community America Ball Stadium for The Kansas City TBones, and the NASCAR Kansas Speedway. The Legends will be sitting at the epicenter of a tourism district drawing potential customers from as far as 350 miles away. Village West is expected to serve over 10 million people annually.
