Elaine’s Blog provides clients with an interactive discussion site that they can use to debate current and future issues of their financial situations. Ms. Kiernan’s goal for launching the blog is to provide an informative, educational forum for the many issues that impact the investors.

Elaine Kiernan stated “this blog is available not only to our clients, but to anyone who visits the blog site. The purpose is to provide answers to different people who have similar questions. Kiernan, Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA), Certified Divorce Specialist (CDS), graduated with a BS in Human Relations & Organizational Development from the University of California, San Francisco in 1983. She is President of Financial Resource Associates (www.FRAssociates.com), a Registered Principal/Branch Manager of AIG/SunAmerica Securities, Inc. and holds memberships in the Financial Planning Associates (FPA), the Institute of Divorce Financial Analysts (IDFA), and the International Association of Collaborative Professionals (IACP). She is fully licensed by the California Department of Corporations, and the NASD.
She has been active within the Santa Cruz, California community and has served on the boards of the McPherson Art and History Museum, Santa Cruz Art League, Planned Giving Council of Monterey County, Camp Opportunity and the Visiting Nurse Association. She is currently serving as Secretary for Community Bridges.
