NETGUI AND SILICONACTION SIGN ELECTRONIC DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT

IRVINE, Calif., Sept 10, 2004 – NETGUI, a leading developer and publisher of Flash animation software products announced today, that it has reached an agreement with Brazilian software Distributor SiliconAction, a Brazilian electronic online distributor to distribute NETGUI's software products throughout Brazil and South America.

SiliconAction sells quality software titles throughout South American including Brazil, Portugal and Spain. All sales are performed electronically on the Worldwide Web allowing users to try software first by means of trial versions. Customers then can purchase the software of their choice easily through web pages written in their own country's language and pay with a very large selection of payment methods in their own country's currency.
