Boaters who plan on straying far from home no longer need wonder where they can go for much-needed marina services, thanks to myMarinas.com's new marina portal.

The portal, available at http://www.mymarinas.com, contains a database of over 7000 marinas in the United States and Canada. Users can, at no cost, search for marinas by state/province, or region, and can even compare up to three marinas side by side to find a marina that suits them. The searches include nice to find features such as wifi capability, number of slips, transient slips, available restaurants, and more.

myMarinas.com will shortly be updating the portal to include myMarinas Plus, where users can register to get discounts at various marinas for a small yearly subscription fee.
