Monetary Architect of the Liberty Dollar to Give Presentation in San Diego

August 5, 2005 - San Diego, California - Bernard von NotHaus, one of the

world's foremost experts on private currencies and alternative economics,

and author of the 500-page treatise, The Liberty Dollar SOLUTION to the

Federal Reserve, will be in San Diego on August 23, 2005, making a stop

during his seventh annual national tour to give a presentation on the

Liberty Dollar.

The Liberty Dollar is distribted by NORFED, the National Organization for

the Repeal of the Federal Reserve Act. This silver-backed currency is

central to a grassroots effort to return the US to a currency backed by

gold and silver, not national debt; and it is the second-most used

currency in the United States. Mr. von NotHaus asserts, "When the people

own the money they control the government. When the government owns the

money, it controls the people."
