Edmonton Mortgage Broker Named to CMP's "Top 50 Brokers in Canada"

EDMONTON, ALBERTA - July 10, 2008 – First Foundation Residential Mortgages is pleased to announce that Gordon McCallum, an Edmonton Mortgage Broker and owner of the company, has been named to Canadian Mortgage Professional Magazine's list of the Top 50 Mortgage Brokers in Canada with a final ranking of 16th in the country.

"I'm thrilled with the results, and frankly, a little surprised," said Gordon. "I wasn't sure if I'd be even close to being included on the list, so it was very exciting when I received the news. It's a real honour to be mentioned on the same page with such a great group of Mortgage Brokers. Canadian Mortgage Professional Magazine released the inaugural survey results recently after compiling and verifying the information provided by Mortgage Brokers across Canada. The rankings are based on mortgage origination volume, or, in other words, the amount of money borrowed by home-owners that was brokered by the individual.

There is no way I could have originated $57 million in mortgages in 2007 without their assistance," said McCallum.
