Mr. Girling brings over 20 years of financial services industry expertise to his advisory role at No World Borders. Most recently, David was the President and CEO of LogicEase Solutions, a leading provider of compliance and risk management solutions for the financial services industry. He was responsible for building an effective sales organization and for creating a brand that was widely recognized as a market leader.

Early in his career, David developed an expertise for the mortgage capital markets in executive positions at First Boston (now Credit Suisse), Shearson Lehman Mortgage and GE Capital. Later on in his career he succumbed to his entrepreneurial ambitions and worked with a number of start-ups including Ellie Mae, Sigma Designs and LogicEase. David was also a Vice President with PricewaterhouseCoopers' Emerging Company Practice, where he consulted with start-up and venture capital firms in San Francisco. David worked for First Republic in its Private Banking and Wealth Advisory Group where he acquired a working knowledge for loan origination. David's background in the mortgage arena gives him a unique understanding for the mortgage origination process and the role played by the Capital Markets.

David holds an MBA from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and he graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.
