Anthony Andrew, LLC announces that Health Management Systems has named Michael R. Kendall Vice President of Engineering. In his new role as Vice President, Engineering at HMS, Michael will report to Senior Vice President of Operations, Sean Curtin and be responsible for Business Process Reengineering and Business Process Improvement across the company.
