The center is located in Durham County on NC 55 near the Research Triangle Park. Situated on 10 acres, the 68,000 square foot shopping center sold for $6.5 million. Built 20 years ago by the seller, Greenwood Commons LLC, the shopping center has multiple retail tenants and is strategically located to provide excellent retail shopping and services for RTP, commuter and nearby residential customers.
