REP Commercial Negotiates Sale of Arco Gas Station in Santa Ana, Calif.

IRVINE, CA – REP Commercial, Inc., a full-service commercial real estate brokerage and management services company specializing in the sale, leasing, repositioning, management and disposition of client properties, announced today the company negotiated the sale of an Arco Gas Station in Santa Ana, Calif. for $710,000 as a leased investment.

Jeff Gaynor, based in the company’s Irvine office, represented the seller, Nascent Acquisitions LLC of Arcadia, Calif. The buyer was a private investor.

The Arco Gas Station is located on 19,000 square feet of land at 2646 W. First Street and was 100 percent tenant occupied at the time of the sale.
