RealOrganized, Inc. Releases RealtyJuggler Deluxe

Leesburg, Virginia. - Sept 5, 2004 - Today, RealOrganized, Inc. released RealtyJuggler Deluxe, a Palm Powered software organizer for real estate agents.

The software consists of 10 modules, each for a specific aspect of an agent's workday. Modules include the ability to track prospects, buyers, sellers, closings, homes, expenses, lockboxes, promotions, Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) and tasks/to-do's. Five real-estate specific calculators are also included: seller net, maximum home price a buyer can qualify for, mortgage payments and commissions. Integrated throughout is automatic tasks and reminders, which automatically creates reminders for agents, and provides one click check-off of completed tasks. Another key feature is the ability to track documentation and disclosure requirements, which is increasingly a requirement in today's litigious society

The software runs on Palm OS PDA's with at least 4MB RAM and requires OS 4.0 or later. A recent study by an industry trade organization* showed that 40% of realtors already use PDA's in their work. This should not be suprising, given the mobile work styles of most agents. RealtyJuggler Deluxe uses Palm's existing datebook and addressbook applications which means that contacts and appointments created within RealtyJuggler Deluxe can be synchronized with Microsoft Outlook and Palm Desktop.
