www.travelandtransitions.com originated as a result of mid-life reflections of Susanne Pacher who realized that there is more to life than work. Fed up with a lifestyle full of corporate demands, her thoughts led to the conclusion that she needed to finally pursue her passion: travel and connecting with people from other cultures.

Susanne, who speaks several languages and is bicultural having grown up in Europe and immigrated to Canada as a young adult, turned herself into an adventure traveler, writer and website publisher. Her experiences in Toronto, one of the most multicultural cities in the world, have deeply shaped her and she has gained a fundamental appreciation for people from different cultures.

Along the way she chronicles her own personal travels, thoughts and reflections, trials and tribulations as she ventures forth into the world of travel writing and Internet publishing.
