WARE MALCOMB COMPLETES DESIGN FOR WONDRIES TOYOTA

(December 2007) Alhambra, California – Leading Design firm Ware Malcomb has completed the design of the Wondries Toyota Auto Dealership. The new dealership, owned by Wondries Automotive, will be located at the current Toyota site at 400 South Atlantic Boulevard in Alhambra, California.

Ware Malcomb offers planning, architecture, interior design, graphic design and site development services to commercial real estate clients throughout North America. The firm’s Auto Group, which operates out of its corporate office in Irvine, California, is providing architectural and interior design services for this 184,000 square foot, three-story Toyota Dealership. The facility, which follows the Toyota Image USA II corporate design, includes a showroom, customer lounge, sales, finance & insurance offices, retail boutique, wholesale parts, administrative support offices and service.

Construction is estimated to begin in February 2008, with completion projected for February 2009.
