NEW SPORTS FACILITY TO OPEN IN LOUDOUN COUNTY
December 24, 2007 (PRLEAP.COM) Sports News
ASHBURN, VA – Paul Wilson, owner of the 2007 NPF Champion Washington Glory, has partnered with Stone Bridge High School baseball coach Sam Plank to form Diamond Elite LLC; and will open an indoor sports training facility focusing on softball and baseball in early 2008. Diamond Elite will be located on Atlantic Boulevard in Sterling, Virginia, conveniently located near the Dulles Town Center. The 8,800 square foot facility will feature multiple batting cages, pitching lanes, and a well stocked pro-shop. Diamond Elite will provide rental training space as well as instruction and other related activities. Limited memberships are available.
“It’s been our goal for some time to bring together the elite level training of the Washington Glory and Sam Plank Baseball, a high tech facility and a full service pro-shop under one roof,” said partners Wilson and Plank.
“The Atlantic Blvd. facility is going to be very nice, but will pale in comparison to the planned 2009 opening of our 21,000 square foot Diamond Elite facility at the new Play To Win Sports and Leadership Training Center in Ashburn,” continued the pair.
