OneSpring Launches Virtual Training for the iRise Product Suite

December 27, 2007 - Atlanta GA – An award-winning user experience and business analysis firm from the Atlanta metro region, OneSpring LLC has formally announced the launch of a virtual training program for the iRise® product suite. This new training opportunity is the only instructor-led virtual training program in the country for iRise and its associated applications.

OneSpring already offers a successful classroom-based training program utilized by clients such as Delta Air Lines and Intercontinental Hotels Group. The company has chosen to expand its educational services by creating a virtual program in addition to what it offers to clients onsite. The goal was to move beyond the typical static Computer-Based Training (CBT) format and create a new offering that delivers instructor-led training and mentoring at a reasonable price through the use of web conferencing and voice-over-Internet protocol (VOIP).

“We’ve identified a market need for the flexibility of virtual training and the personal touch of instructor-led classroom education. With our new offering, companies can now take advantage of a unique OneSpring service,” explains Scott McDowell, Managing Partner of OneSpring. “Hopefully more industry professionals will be able to access training on this impressive suite of tools.”

The program includes three classes: iRise Basic, iRise Intermediate, and iRise Advanced. As a result of this offering, students anywhere in the world can pull up a virtual seat in OneSpring’s online classroom. This is OneSpring’s first foray into the realm of instructor-led virtual training programs, but it is the first step in what they hope will be a full schedule of online interactive course offerings in User Experience and Business Analysis by the end of 2008.
