Located at the Sheraton Carlsbad Resort overlooking the Pacific Ocean, the Ocean Pearl Spa is scheduled to open in February 2008 and will offer signature marine-inspired treatments and services using only the finest pure and organic products.

Ocean Pearl’s signature marine-based spa treatments include the Coastal Waters Body Mask in which organic, hand-harvested ocean mud, rockweed and Alaria seaweed are applied in the French tradition of thalasso-therapy for therapeutic cleansing and toning of the skin.

Guests will also appreciate receiving these resort-quality treatments at local day spa prices. Facial and body treatments start at $85 for a 50-minute treatment; massage therapy starts at $110 for 50 minutes as compared to other resort spas where such services range from $120 and up. Unique rituals and therapies accompany every treatment, further setting the Ocean Pearl Spa apart from its competitors.

Approximately 4,800 square feet, the Ocean Pearl Spa features eight treatment rooms, six massage rooms, two facial rooms, two manicure and pedicure stations, one steam room, and relaxation lounges for both men and women.
