San Jose, CA, December 19, 2007 – You and your children can count down the days till Christmas with Cullen's Abc's (http://www.cullensabcs.com/) online video advent calendars. Posted daily, these free, interactive videos are exclusively available at Cullen's Abc's website.

Cullen Wood, founder of Cullen's Abc's, and her puppet, Gator, open one new window each day from two different advent calendars (Peanuts and Lego). The Peanuts calendar provides fun activities, including: giving a toy to charity, going Christmas caroling around the neighborhood, and visiting someone to spread Christmas cheer. The Lego calendar connects a Lego person or object to a role in a city or town. Through the Lego calendar, children learn about the different responsibilities all people have in life and the important roles that they play. Past videos for both calendars are achieved, so if you have miss a day you can go back and watch it.

"Children love advent calendars; they are a wonderful daily activity for a family or group." states Cullen Wood, founder of Cullen's Abc's. "These interactive videos offer a different approach to advent calendars. Instead of a treat behind the window, children learn fun, educational, and engaging activities."

Cullen’s Abc’s is pioneering the use of online video to introduce ideas that stimulate children's development at home and in the classroom. Cullen's Abc's has produced hundreds of “edutainment” (educational and entertaining) preschool videos for preschoolers and caregivers. These preschool videos have been viewed over a half million times. Cullen’s Abc’s is the creation of Cullen Wood, who has been working with young children since 1994. She currently is a Preschool Teacher at St. Timothy's Lutheran School in San Jose, California.
