Historically, placements were made as a result of requests by clients to support fraud and security initiatives following detailed risk assessments conducted by our audit teams. This service evolved to a point where demands necessitated the employment of staff to manage the broad range of skills clients were looking for. We also found that professionals within the industry began to contact us and our candidate portfolio grew. Over the last six months we have seen a significant demand for key personnel that have been professionally profiled, identified, interviewed and vetted.
Placements have ranged from international senior manned guarding positions to fraud analysts and managers, group risk managers and more latterly security advisors.

Over the last eighteen months we have taken stock of the potential in this market particularly in Africa and the launch of ChaseWaterford Personnel is seen as a complimentary service that will fit in with the suite of services currently offered by the group. We have worked diligently to acquire and implement the technology and resource needed to support the launch of the company and anticipate strong and sustained growth in this area.”
