Blogamp Audiocasting Service Launched
December 17, 2007 (PRLEAP.COM) Technology News
New York - December 17 - Audiocasting service Blogamp returns with an updated version with new features and a free membership offering. Designed for web audio and podcasting, Blogamp combines a customizable widget player with multiple linking capabilities including e-commerce, download, feed and video links. What's unique about Blogamp is that members can present their own style (or brand) and define delivery options to listeners. To enhance their presence, Blogamp invites members using other blog, hosting (or podcast) services to import their show links and existing feeds. Blogamp was in closed beta and is now open to the public. The timing of the launch couldn't be better with the growth of podcasting spreading wildly to online media, radio, citizen journalists and hobbyists alike. Blogamp now offers its members service plans that suit individual needs and provides a user-friendly approach for publishing audio to the web.
Blogamp offers a variety of approaches for its members to choose their own path in delivering their programs to the web and to devices. As a majority of listeners are tuning in via their computers, Blogamp provides streamlined customization tools that allow members to extend their brand and style utilizing a standalone player that can be published easily and in a variety of ways. Customization tools give members the option to add their own graphics, logos, change colors and add external links (e-commerce, video and downloads).
Following its launch, Blogamp intends to support all blog (and network) platforms and will improve its reach in the coming months to include compatibility with Facebook as well as widget directories. Starting in early '08, the company will make available its Enterprise edition for social networks, online media, businesses and Universities.
